Ferricks Group... what can I say.

When I started Ferricks in 2025, I had one clear idea in mind: to build a group around ideas, investments and the things I believed in. I thought Ferricks would become a venture company. A place for projects, businesses and investments to sit under one name. And in many ways, it did.

But over time, I learned something. Investing privately is one thing. Building a company around every idea is another.

Ideas change. Plans evolve. Some things work. Some things do not. And sometimes, the strongest thing you can do is stop trying to force something into being what it was never supposed to be.

Whilst the vision behind Ferricks has not changed, the way in which it is expressed has.

Over the past year, I have registered and protected the Ferricks name, including ownership of ferricks.com, ferricks.net, ferricks.co.uk, ferricks.tv, ferricks.group and ferricksgroup.com. Ferricks remains a name I believe in strongly. It represents creativity, ambition, independence and the freedom to build without unnecessary limitation.

Rather than continuing to place Ferricks under the pressure of becoming a conventional corporate group, Ferricks will now move in a different direction.

Going forward, corp.ferricks.com will become a studio: a home for ideas, concepts, projects, writing, design and future ventures. It will serve as a place to document what is being created, explored and considered, without the constant expectation of what must come next.

Ferricks is not ending. It is simply becoming something more honest.

Instead of a company defined by structure alone, Ferricks will become a platform defined by thought, creativity and possibility.

Some ideas may remain concepts. Others may become real businesses, investments or ventures in the future. But from this point onward, Ferricks will exist as the place where those ideas begin.

Thank you to everyone who has followed the journey so far.

The name remains. The ideas remain. And Ferricks continues.
